1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Taher Sharif Academy and everything on it. By creating an account, buying a course, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy and watch courses. You are responsible for the details you provide and for keeping your password secure.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your login with anyone else.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Purchases and payment

Course prices are shown on the course page and at checkout, and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

4. What you may do with a course

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it and use its materials for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of the content.

• Do not download, copy, resell or redistribute course material.
• Do not share your access with people who have not bought the course.
• Do not record, screen-capture or re-publish lessons.

5. Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, other learners, or our instructors.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, text and design on the platform belong to Taher Sharif Academy or the relevant instructor, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw courses and features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page.

9. Limitation of liability

Our courses are educational. They are not financial, legal or investment advice, and outcomes depend on your own circumstances and decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you take based on course content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
